  a korean spokesman has said about japan, “the four islands of the archipelago should be sunken into the sea by the nuclear bomb of juche.

  last psychology session tomorrow

  so tomorrow is my last appointment with my psychologist.

  we are going to commemorate it by giving each other a letter.. sept 2016 i sat, a quivering wreck, in her waiting room.

  From one who did the same thing congratulations. The tools your psychotherapist gave you will serve you will for a life time. It has been ten years since I went to a therapist and I still use some of those tools given to me to cope with certain feelings. Remember knowledge is power and what the cult did to us in my mind is unforgivable. Wish you the best and enjoy your new freedom. Still Totally ADD

  one of the most common ways in which people are psychologically traumatized whilst in a cult or religious high control group, is the extreme pressure to “forgive” people who have abused them.

  i use the word “forgive” in quotes, because the concept often goes way beyond the biblical mandate.

  Our daughter in law when she was 6 or 7 was abused by the p.o. of the Clearwater congregation. Years later when we meant her and got to know her she told us what happen she said after he was reinstated and out of jail her parents had him over for dinner and force her to forgive him. When we heard that I wanted to go to her parents house and let them have it. They finally got to know how we felt about that and how upset we was that this happen to their daughter. This always left a wedge between them and us. This is a example of how dangerous the cult really is. Guess what? That bastard son of a bitch several years later started his same old shit again. I have only told you about 1% of the story. Still Totally ADD

  My brother who is 74 and is an elder told me a few years ago he and his wife expect to die in this system and they will have to wait for the resurrection. Still Totally ADD

  Free to sin but still cannot bring myself to do it

  have da'd myself nearly 3 months ago.

  now i am part of this world but i feel myself the odd one out.

  something inside me is still blocking me to do the things i have been longing to do while i was still a jw, such as attending birthday parties, sex, etc.... just last nite, i was on the way to attend a birthday party.

  sinboi my wife and I escape together in 2010. We have been married for over 43 years. She is still the love of my life and will always be. Our two grown children, one 40 yrs and 35 yrs old and 5 grandchildren have nothing to do with us. Time will only tell on this subject. We are hopeful.   Sindoi I left when I was 57 and a born-in. Enjoy your youth. Many of us here could not because of the cult. My only advice is when it is right for you to have sex please make sure you use protection. Sex is one of the most intimate things a human can do. It will have effects on you for the rest of your life. Just be safe and make it a long and happy life. My two cents from a old man. Be happy. Still Totally ADD
